Office visits:

Procedures:

If your visit to the practice was only for a procedure, you are charged only for the procedure you received. ‘Procedure only visits’ are for existing clients only. If you had a New Patient Consultation, or a Follow up visit, and would like a procedure during that visit, you are charged for your office visit plus the procedure. If you know before your visit that you would like a procedure, please inform our practice during the time of scheduling, so that enough time is reserved for your treatment.

Video/Telemedicine consultation:

Video/Telemedicine consults are available to all patients. Payments will be processed on the payment tab of the practice's website.

Home Visits:

A deposit of $150 is requested prior to all New patient evaluations, the remainder of the fee is to be paid on completion of the evaluation. The deposit can be made by accessing the payment tab on the practice's website.
